1. What we collect
- Information you submit via our request form: your name, email address, company website URL, your selected request type, and any optional notes you add.
- Audit inputs: the brand name and product category associated with the website you submit. Our software audits publicly available AI answers about that brand — we do not access anything inside your systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and you should not submit any.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request, confirm scope, and (if you proceed) generate and deliver your report.
- To run our automated audit pipeline against the brand and category you provide.
- To communicate with you about your audit and, where relevant, your order.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish your report or your results without your permission.
3. Form processing
Our request form is submitted through a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that forwards your submission to our email. Your submission passes through that provider solely to reach us. Once payment processing is enabled, payments will be handled by a third-party merchant of record who will process your billing details under their own privacy terms — we do not store full payment card details ourselves.
4. Data retention
We keep request submissions and delivered reports for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate (such as our form-delivery provider and, in future, our payment processor), and where required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted to us. Send your request through the form on our home page and we will action reasonable requests.
7. Cookies
This site is static and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
