1. What we provide
WhoCitesYou is an automated, software-generated digital report service. Our software pipeline runs your brand and product category through a structured query matrix across supported AI engines (currently ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity), with repeated trials, then automatically scores and classifies the results and generates an HTML audit report. Reports are reviewed by a human before delivery. The deliverable is a digital report; it is not a substitute for your own business decisions.
2. Products and pricing
- AI Visibility Audit — a software-generated digital report priced at USD $197 during founding-client introductory pricing (regular price USD $497). One-time fee, digital delivery.
- Free 1-page mini-audit — a limited automated sample (3 queries across 3 engines and one insight) provided at no charge.
All prices are in US Dollars. Introductory pricing and slot limits are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time.
3. Orders and delivery
Payments are not yet enabled on this site. Submitting the request form does not create a paid order; it is a request for us to contact you. Once payment processing is live and you place a paid order, we aim to deliver the software-generated report within 5 business days of us starting data collection for your audit. Delivery is digital.
4. What we need from you
You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid company website URL, so the pipeline can be run against the correct brand and category. You confirm you are authorized to request an audit for the brand you submit.
5. Nature of the results
AI engines produce probabilistic outputs that change over time and between runs. Our report reflects what supported engines returned during the audit period using our methodology. We do not guarantee any particular AI visibility score, ranking, citation, or business outcome, and we do not control the AI engines we measure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, republish, or present our reports as your own product, or use the service to audit brands you have no legitimate interest in. The report is licensed to you for your internal business use.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on the Refunds page and forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
