1. Before we start
Because the report is a software-generated digital product, the meaningful line is when our pipeline begins running queries against your brand. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before we have started data collection, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. After collection has started
Once our automated pipeline has begun collecting AI answers for your audit, the core work has been performed and the digital product is substantially generated. From that point, purchases are generally non-refundable. We will always tell you before we begin collection so you know where you stand.
3. If something goes wrong on our side
If we fail to deliver your report within a reasonable time, or the delivered report is materially defective (for example, it audits the wrong brand or is technically broken), contact us and we will re-run the audit or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. What a refund does not cover
Refunds are about whether the work was performed and delivered — not about the findings. Because AI engines produce variable outputs we do not control, a low visibility score, an unfavorable result, or results you disagree with are not grounds for a refund. The free 1-page mini-audit involves no payment and so has no refund.
5. How to request a refund
Send a refund request through the form on our home page, including the email address used for the purchase. Once payment processing is live, approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via our merchant of record, typically within 5–10 business days.
